We aim to have the completed Home Information Pack (HIP) available to you within 10 days from instruction. This is not a 'finger in the air' estimate; it's based on the data we are currently supplying via our in house Local authority search company for the authority in your area. This is coupled with our in house energy assessment company's ability to serve you within 3 days with a fixed appointment time to suit. This will enable the property to be marketed quickly.


	Control
Because Bluetrust has all the data supply components within its structure there is no need to rely on outside sources to compile the HIP. This removes the uncertainty of changing service levels that a lot of the larger more cumbersome HIP providers. Each and every HIP will be checked by our quality control team, which includes a fully qualified solicitor to ensure the accuracy and legal ramifications of the data within the HIP.


Cost
	The Bluetrust HIP will cost £399 + vat, which is very competitive within the market. Our HIP is available to clients with a deffered payment option. This is NOT a credit agreement but will allow them to place their home on the market with no up-front HIP costs.
